A letter prepared in MS Word with your letter
head or with graphic presentations in the body

one click. and the mail does not indicate that
it is a copy, the recipient will feel that it is mailed exclusively

Personalized Mailing
Using this feature a common message (may be a greeting, wishes,
announcements or any group broadcasting) can be sent to multiple
email addresses with personalized touch. Through normal email
service the same message can be sent to multiple recipient by
either placing all the email addresses in TO, CC or BCC section,
using our Personalized Mailing software message is addressed
to individual recipient using their nick name. The recipient
of email feels that, the message is personalized to him alone
and is not another kind of mass email ( feels as if the mail
has been sent to him/her. on one to one basis).
eMail
Bounce Tracking
The product will pop up the eMail addresses of the recipients
who have not received eMails due to incorrect email addresses
or any network domain problems. For such bounced addresses email
can be sent immediately with appropriate email addresses avoiding
reparation to sent addressees.
Integration
with Microsoft word (2000 and Above)
Application can be easily integrated with Microsoft Word. Even
if user is not having knowledge of HTML, he can create file
in word including text and images and save it as HTML file.
This File can be send as mail through application. No need to
have HTML Knowledge.
Direct Browser Integration
All messages created using PMM software will be in the form
of HTML files, Software opens messages in browser automatically.
Software has easy to use utility to create HTML files.
Integration to existing address book data
The application requires data input from the user in the form
of Excel Sheet containing the details of the recipient .Even
existing excel files can be used for this matter. This avoids
storing the same data again and again.
Attachment
free eMails (image files displayed in the body)
The basic concept of the product is to send the same mail to
multiple people in a personalized manner. The product can be
customized as per the Client requirements.
E.g.: - Vehicle service station needs to remind the customers
about the due servicing date. A retailer will prefer to communicate
promotional campaigns from time to time. |
